Rabbi Shmulik Fogelman was born and raised in Worcester, MA. Being a third generation “Rabbi Fogelman”, Rabbi Shmulik grew up with a strong sense of responsibility and caring for the Jewish community in all of Central Massachusetts. After becoming rabbinically ordained in Yeshiva Machon Menachem in Boca Raton, Florida, Rabbi Shmulik and Sarah went on to open their own Chabad House in 2017.

Sarah (originally Cohen) Fogelman, grew up in Toronto, Canada. There are many Chabad houses in Toronto and Sarah was always interested in assisting with their programs, whether it was teaching in Hebrew School, being a counselor in their camps, or planning their children’s Shabbat services. After studying in Seminary in Melbourne, Australia and then working for The Friendship Circle in Parkland, Florida, Sarah was set on opening her own Chabad one day. After Rabbi Shmulik and Sarah married, they moved near UMASS Medical School to open their Chabad, without delay.
